Behold the seedlings: zinnias and nasturtiums bravely facing the world.  It’s a challenge to keep them moist enough over the weekend and damping-off disease is my old enemy, but for now, we have a blessed event in room A202.

Is anything prettier?

A local garden store had “pansymonium” and now i have a garden on my windowseat.  The potting soil in the background will make a window-sill garden in my classroom.  I hope zinnia and nasturtium sprouts will soon loop up out of the soil to enthrall curious teenagers.ImageImage
